Students Success Strategies
If a child can do advanced math, speak 3 languages, volunteer 300 hours a year, or receive top grades, but can't manage their emotions, practice conflict resolution, lack confidence, develop healthy relationships, or handle stress life can be very difficult. Intervening early is critical, given that half of all lifetime cases of mental illness begin by age 14 and three-fourths by age 24. It is very important that he/she receive what's needed to thrive emotionally at an early age and this may prevent mental health issues or substance abuse addictions in their future.

We strongly believe the best way to start emotional health is teaching your youth how to cope at an early age. Let them learn with other youth their ages how to handle stress, manage conflict, confidence training, and/or show them how to identify their life purpose by signing them up for these virtual emotional trainings. This is not mental therapy or mental health support groups, however if your child need those types of services we will be able to identify and provide you with referrals. This is for all youth, regardless of their emotional state to learn new skills to cope in life. This is more of prevention.

Parents are not expected to have all the answers, but responsible for making sure their children have the tools to thrive, and being about to cope in life. It is not the schools responsibilities to make sure your child know how to cope, they don't have enough time during the day to provide your child with coping trainings. and have not been trained to help your children this way. Sign your child up today for one or more of these 4 Virtual Emotional Awareness Trainings provided by Inward Core Healthcare Services.

Your child can live anywhere, they will just need a computer with internet, and the emotional training groups will by lead by mental health providers.
